Welcome to the Tree of Me (C) Empowered Art Therapy Program: A Creative Reflective Practice Program

Explore your professional growth through creative reflection.
The Tree of Me program offers an engaging, experiential approach to professional self-care and reflective learning for practitioners in helping and educational professions. Using arts-based processes, participants are guided through structured creative activities designed to enhance self-awareness, build resilience, and deepen understanding of their professional identity and values.

About the Program
