Hello, and welcome to Mapping My Inner Treasure: Harnessing Myth & Symbol in Creative Arts Therapy for Practitioner Self-Care & Toolkit.
I’m Kerryn Knight — a registered, Masters-qualified Creative Arts Therapist, Clinical Counsellor, and Lecturer in private practice since 2008. This program is part of a series I’ve researched, designed, and facilitated with you in mind.

It’s important to note that these programs are educational in nature and do not constitute therapy. They are not suitable for individuals currently experiencing complex trauma, post-traumatic stress, acute grief and loss, suicidal ideation, or symptoms of psychosis or schizophrenia.
Participation in an Empowered Art Therapy Program does not establish a therapist–client relationship. These offerings are intended as learning experiences to complement your self-care and professional practice, not as a substitute for personal therapy.

For Emergency Services Personnel and First Responders, this online program provides you with your essential professional self-care beyond words.
