The Tree Of Me Art Therapy Program invites you through creative and mindfulness processes to experientially build self-awareness through tree symbolism. The tree and it’s many parts can symbolise a person and their parts including culture of origin forming the roots to branching out to where you are ‘growing to’. We will metaphorically look at what you wish to cultivate and compost for the year ahead.
